"He's my goofy furry man and we are bonded for life."
I am in love with my baby. He's a mutt, he was adopted when he was a puppy and returned to the shelter at five years old by his former owners who moved to a none-dog friendly building. I got him to be trained as a PTSD service dog and he saves my life every day! He is amazing! The first night he crawled up the bed and leaned against me, just sighed and fell asleep. I nearly cried because he was so sweet. He's my goofy furry man and we are bonded for life! People who think shelter dogs are 'damaged goods' are so far from right! He can be a bit skittish around strangers but despite his past trials he is 100% sweet and not the least bit aggressive (except for kisses when I get home from work :D).
